It is especially suitable for testing raw materials and granular products. These products easily roll off or make the traditional conveyor belt to be dirty when they are transported. When traditional blowing, pushing or rotating separation device is not suitable. Considered adopting this type.

It is especially suitable for testing bloody large chunk of raw materials such as fish, meat or semi finish products in processing. This type has a small gap at the end joint of the two slide channel. This type it is not suitable for testing granular or small pieces of products. Consider using slide down channel with flap forward reject device when testing small and granular products.
There are three slides down channels. When a foreign metal object is detected, the upper slide down channel will move upward while the middle slide down channel will flap backward creating a large space to exclude the contaminated product smoothly.

It is especially suitable for testing bloody-watery large chunk of raw products such as fish, meat or semi finish products in processing. This type is normally use in testing products with longer and expanded length.
The aperture height of the Metal Detector is high, which is suitable for testing bottled products. A collecting tray is installed at the output end left or right side of the bakelite platform (depends where the swivel arm reject device is installed) When metal foreign objects is detected the swivel arm will exclude the products and directly divert it on the collecting tray.
When the tested product is transported by a conveyor belt, and the function cannot be achieved by blowing, pushing or swivel and may damage the tested product or the conveyor belt, consider using the Bakelite conveyor platform+ Stand-alone flap forward reject device.
Stainless detecting device is used for sucking off liquid, mush or other pastes for testing on processing line.
Slide-Down Channel & Electric Reject Device
It is specially used to test products directly-falling or continues falling. The aperture of the Metal Detector is much smaller, which is widely used for testing medicines and smaller products that are not yet pack. Slide channels and Electric Reject Device are used to exclude products with metal contamination.
