After confirming
the power specifications, you can proceed
to connect it to AC power and turn on the machine. There is a power
switch on the left side of the power supply box, push it up to the
"ON" position. |
 |
At this moment, INS-300 will make a "beep"
sound and the eight detection lights
on top of the detector will illuminate one after another from the
first to the eighth. A high-pitch "beep"
sound will also correspond to the illumination of each light. At
the same time, the conveyor belt will be activated and halted. |
 |
Please observe if the conveyor belt is
moving in the direction as shown in Figure 1. If it is the same
direction, congratulations! You may continue to read the second
paragraph. If it is going in the opposite direction, please
push the power switch down to the "OFF" position. |
 |
And look for the reverse switch behind
the power switch on the power control box. Then, push it to
the opposite direction and turn on the power (i.e., push the power
switch to the "ON" position).
Observe now! The conveyance direction is the same as that indicated
in Figure 1. |
 |
The description above regarding
the reverse switch will only occur in a triple-phase 220VAC or 380
VAC power supply specification. If it is a single-phase 110//220
VAC, then you will not have to worry about the problem of reverse
direction. |
